Cookies Policy

The cookies and browser storage platinumtogether.online uses, what each one does, and how to control them.

Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026

No tracking. The website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It only sets cookies when you sign in, and only to keep that sign-in working and secure.

1. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Browser storage (local storage, session storage and IndexedDB) lets a page keep information on your device without sending it to the website.

This policy is part of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

2. Cookies we set

All of these are strictly necessary: they are only set when you choose to sign in, they cannot be read by page scripts, and they are only sent over secure connections. Because they are needed for a feature you ask for, the website does not show a cookie banner for them.

Signing out, or the time running out, removes these cookies.

3. Browser storage

The Sprite Creator and Community library keep the following in your browser. It stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you choose to submit your work.

4. Hosting and security

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To protect the site from automated attacks, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie, such as __cf_bm, which lasts about 30 minutes. It is used only for security, not to track you. Cloudflare’s use of it is described in its own cookie policy.

5. Other websites

The website links to Discord, Ko-fi and other sites. Those sites set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own policies. Approved Community library packs show creators’ Discord profile pictures, which your browser loads from Discord; Discord receives your IP address when it sends the picture, but the website does not ask it to set cookies.

6. The launcher and the game

The launcher and the game do not use cookies. The launcher keeps a sign-in key on your PC so you stay signed in; signing out of the launcher removes it.

7. Your choices

You can view and delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings, and you can block cookies for the site. If you block or delete the sign-in cookies, beta downloads and the Community library will ask you to sign in again or will not work.

Clearing site data also deletes Sprite Creator projects saved in your browser. Download or submit any work you want to keep first.

8. Changes and contact

If we add a cookie or change how one is used, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect. We will ask for your permission first before using any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
