Fixes

• Team-up battles no longer crash both games when they start, and a battle after a team-up battle no longer crashes on a blank text box.
• In a team-up battle, only you choose which move your Pokémon forgets to learn a new one.
• The Elite Four, Cynthia, Gym Leaders, your rival and Team Galactic keep their own battle music in double battles and team-up battles.
• A Pokémon from a trade that was cut off is free again once that trade lets go after 7 days, so "still in your last trade" no longer stays for good.
• Going into the Underground while linked or tagged with a friend no longer gets you stuck after Roark's visit or a secret base.
